With beautiful aligoté grapes in our hands, we wanted to pay homage to this charming Burgundy grape variety and give free rein to our savoir faire, by creating a cuvée according to our desires, off the beaten track.  Quartier Libre, a pure and direct cuvée, with an assertive indigenous character.
